
The Rev. Michael Lemaire Jr
Michael (he/him) grew up on a dairy farm in Stowe, VT and received his undergraduate degree from Hamilton College in 1988. After working for 10 years as a chef in New Orleans and San Francisco, he received his Master of Divinity from The Jesuit School of Theology in 2000. He completed his Clinical Pastoral Education Residency at Saint Francis Hospital in San Francisco and received his Board Certification as a Chaplain from the Association of Professional Chaplains in 2006. He earned a certificate of Anglican Studies at the Church Divinity School of the Pacific in 2010 and was ordained to the priesthood for the Diocese of California later that year. He works as the Adult Palliative Care Chaplain at Kaiser Permanente East Bay. He has been a member of All Souls Parish with his husband, Joseph Delgado since 2003.
